This is a useful workaround suggested by one of our Pogoplug users for sending a share to a large email list. They didn’t want to email all 100+ sharee’s and didn’t want to use a public link because they wanted some password security. You can treat a group email or distribution list exactly like an individual email, here’s how:

- Login to my.pogoplug.com, navigate to the folder or file you want to share, right-click and select ‘Share’.

Here’s a handy little iOS tip to bookmark often accessed files and folders on your Pogoplug using the new ‘Favorites’ feature on the Pogoplug iOS app.

If you haven’t already, install the Pogoplug iPhone app from the App Store.

• Login to your Pogoplug account using your iPhone or iPad
• Find your media using Jukebox, Gallery or Cinema or  your file using Files.
• Playback your media or select your file.
• Now click on the forward arrow at the bottom right to access the options menu.
• Select ‘Add to Favorites’ to bookmark your media or file.
