Please add a blackberry app. I just got my Pogoplug about a day ago so I cant offer any useful insight so far. Regardless, I havent had any issues yet and I've found it incredibly useful. Great product that could be exponentially useful with a blackberry app.
Thanks guys!

I like it but would love to see a few improvements especially being able to download and upload entire folders worth of content without the plug trying to zip it for me.

Wonderful product (potentially) and good Web back end but buggy software is affecting many of your users as images have no preview and opening them shows a black screen. Same issues are seen on your iPhone app.
Worse yet is that your tech support admidts to not having any solutions in sight. Someone in your development team needs to dig deeper and kill this bug.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding something.

When working on a computer that is connected to the same router as the Pogo, does the file access have to go all the way through the internet to the pogo server, then back to your computer? Or can you also access the hard drive through the home network (for speedier file transfers)?

BTW- Pogo seems like a great idea!

Thanks,
Kevin

Just wondering if it's possible to connect an external drive to a computer directly AND to this device?

Thanks,

I think it's GREAT. It's already saved my butt a few times and I've only had in a week. I LOVE how I can have a drive to easily back up my entire laptop to....also this allows all of my files to be available to me anywhere in the world. Very cool. I realize these capabilities have been around for awhile in other products, but Pogoplug makes it easy and adds a few other perks as well.

THANKS!
