Same issues are seen on your iPhone app. Worse yet is that your tech support admidts to not having any solutions in sight. Someone in your development team needs to dig deeper and kill this bug. When working on a computer that is connected to the same router as the Pogo, does the file access have to go all the way through the internet to the pogo server, then back to your computer?
